About the role


As a Production Manager with us, you will play a key role in our operations where you lead, plan, and oversee marine work. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our customers and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards in quality, environmental, and occupational safety.


Main responsibilities

• Planning and execution of projects for marine constructions
• Customer contact and establishing long-term customer relationships
• Monitoring and reporting project status to upper management
• Responsible for quality control, environmental protection measures, and workplace safety
• Cost estimation responsibility for own work
• Ensure that set timelines are followed

We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys having total responsibility for the company’s projects and employees while delivering good results. You thrive in a leadership role and in collaboration with others. The work also requires that you are a person who always considers the needs of the business and production. You have a construction/engineering degree or equivalent work experience. We seek someone with at least 3 years of experience as a site manager/production manager or several years of experience as a senior supervisor, consultant, or contracting engineer in earthworks and construction contracts. A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position, and you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
